He was very morbid when outside.
Deteriorated- to become impaired in quality, functioning, or condition
He was very deteriorated driving down the street.
Instinctively- prompted by natural instinct or propensity : arising spontaneously
The pilot instinctively knew how to fly the plane.
Dignity-the quality or state of being worthy, honored, or esteemed
He had no dignity to fight back when he punched him in the face.
